Present perfect continuous - usi

"They've been studying since 10 o'clock.". ("Studiano dalle 10").

Ad esempio: "They have been studying hard, and (they) are exhausted" (Hanno studiato duro e sono esausti).

3)Si usa nelle frasi in cui sono presenti FOR e SINCE, e nelle domande con HOW LONG.
Due esempi in particolare lo dimostrano:
"HOW LONG have you been reading this book?"
("Da quanto tempo leggi questo libro"?)
I've been reading FOR two hours.

-Presenza di state verbs (know, like, have ecc)
-Con avverbi come yet, already, just (usiamo il present perfect simple).
-Con aggettivi di quantità come how much, how many ecc (usiamo il present perfect simple.

- Opinione ( know, understand, belive, remember, feel, like, hate, love)

Alcuni esempi:
I have lived all my life in my parent’s house but since I am going to get married I have to start to move (ho vissuto per tutta la mia vita nella casa dei miei genitori ma ora che sto per sposarmi devo iniziare il trasloco)
They have been having troubles with the access to the website because they don’t remember the password (essi stanno avendo problemi ad accedere al sito perchè non ricordano la password)
