London

London is the capital of England and the UK.
It's situated in the south-est of England, on the river Thames.
London is a cosmopolitan city because there are about 8 million people that come from to a lot of parts of the world and they bring here their cultures and also their languages. But the primary language is English.
London is also an exciting and historic city and it's full of areas for shopping and interesting streets:
Carnaby Street where bored a lot of moviments like punk, hippies and dark
Oxford Street that is the cheaper
Bond Street, Bridge Street, Baker Street that was the setting from the Arthur Doyle's books of Sherlock Holmes.
Near it there is Madame Tussauds that was a lady lived during the “French Revolution”. She had the role to pick up the heads of people decapitated and she collected them. And for this fact that today there is a museum.

The London Eye

It is a giant wheel on the river Thames and from the top there is a beautiful view of London.
Houses of Parliament and The Big Ben
Houses of Parliament is in Westminster in London and it is the home of United Kingdom's government. Near it there is the Big Ben, called in this way from the large bell inside the tower. It is the symbol of London.
Westminister Abbey
It is a church where there was the coronation of British kings and queens.
There are also the tombs of monarchs, poets and famous people.
London Dungeon
You can find it next to the London Eye.
It is a museum that includes a lot of horror and macabre events in London's history.
