Maccaroni with salmon and shrimps sauce

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serving for 4 people

- 1 £b macaroni
- 10 oz smoked salmon
- 10 oz cream
- 10 oz shrimps ( defrost and clean )
- ½ onion
- 1 tuna can
- salt and oil

Boil the pasta for 12-14 minutes. Chop the onion; pour the oil in a sauce pan, shallow fry the onion. Put the shrimps in the sauce pan; boil it until the water retired. Cut up finely the smoked salmon; add it in the sauce pan. Mix all together and pour the cream. Stir well. Cook low heat, stir sometimes for about 5 minutes. Strain the macaroni and pour into the sauce pan; stir very well. Served with chopped parsley and a glass of white wine.
