New York is full of contrasts, there’re tall modern skyscrapers and small, old houses; elegant streets with neon signs and streets full of rubbish. New York is both a shopping centre and a cultural centre. The city is also famous because it has museums, theatres, concert halls and libraries. The city attracts most tourists. They visit the skyscrapers or enjoy the breath taking view of New York from the top of the statue of Liberty.
