The Charm of Theater
The theme I have chosen to talk about in this topic is about “Theater” because I’ve acted since I was 14 years old and I really like it! In this world of fantasy, you can be whoever you want, you can live in different times, you can have a different life, you can have different stories related to your reality. It’s great fun! Especially when you are 19 years old as I am, and play the role of a grand mother!
What is the Importance of Theater in Italy?
Theater is very important in the Italian culture, because Italians have an artistic soul and we are proud of it. In Italy there are many actors and actresses famous all over the world, such as Eleonora Duse, Vittorio De Sica, Nino Manfredi and many more, who have dedicated their entire lives entertaining people, and touring the world on stage. The genre that (I prefer is comedy; Artists like Eduardo De Filippo and Totò have acted in dialekt, and have made it famous in the whole world, and I am very proud of this!
My Passion for Acting
I have been very lucky because I fell in love with acting when I was young. As I have already said, I begun performing when I was 6 and I have never stopped since ! This happened for two reasons: the first one because I got this passion from my father , the second because a teacher of mine convinced me to take part in a school recital and that’s when it all began. I still remember that play.
