It is a good diet to lose weight because you eat low-fat, low-cholesterol and high-fiber and eating pulses and beans make you feel full and satiated and it is a fresh and seasonal diet. The Mediterranean diet is so much more than just a diet because is now included among UNESCO's intangible cultural heritage. It promotes social interaction, exchange of knowledge and culture.

Binge eating is when people eat as much as possible all the day in secret. Social Media and fashion industry can cause this kind of problem because you can see size-zero models so you think that they are considered as perfection so for following them you might have a drastic change in your life
