- 3 oz chocolate

- 4 oz butter

- 3 oz sugar

- 2 eggs

- 5 oz flour

- ½ oz yeast

- 1 oz cocoa powder

- 1 oz fish glue

- ½ pint passion fruit and oranges juice

- 5 oz sugar

Preparazione del composto al cioccolato

Melt the chocolate and the cocoa powder with 2 oz butter into a bowl in a microwave oven. Whip the remaining butter with sugar into a bowl. Add the eggs. Whip well. Add daintly, the flour and the yeast. Add the melted mixture prepared before. Mix well. Pour the mixture in buttered mould. Cook in an oven preheat at 400°F for 10 minutes.

Soften the fish glue with water into a bowl. Pour the passion fruit and oranges juice with sugar in a pan. Put it on high heat and cook for 5 minutes. Squeeze the fish glue and add it into the mixture.

Put the pudding in the centre of dish. Dust with castor sugar. Pour the liquid jelly around the pudding. Decorate with candy orange peel.
