This is a book which I came across last year... (to come across something/someone= imbattersi in qualcosa o qualcuno. Altro modo di esprimere lo stesso concetto: to bump into something/someone)

I've just picked it up, rather randomly... (rather=abbastanza, randomly=casualmente. Rather si può usare anche in altri modi, es: I'd rather do something else, ma in questo caso, significa abbastanza/piuttosto. Es: it's rather late: è abbastanza tardi).

I've greatly enjoyed reading it from the very beginning.

Worth più verbo nella ingform si usa per dire qualcosa che varrebbe la pena fare. I highly recommend reading about Chanel... I highly encourage reading it. Sooner or later... you should be reading it. What interests me in particular is... If there's a conclusion that comes out of it is... that... Altri modi per dire interessante: Captivating, Appealing, inspiring, Involving, Striking, Intriguing, really very interesting, Thrilling, It is really something es: that book was really something. Catchy, Relevant.
