How made the onion rings

•the onion rings are a traditional food of the Anglo-Saxon countries. They look like squid rings but they are onion rings in batter and then fried past. I liked the onion rings from the first taste, although at first I was not very fond of the onion.They are great as a snack to prepare during an aperitif or to accompany meat dishes and of course sandwiches with burgers. I like them because they can be accompanied by one of my favorite dishes, meat.

I do not have a lot of imagination in the culinary art so I always choose foods uncomplicated to prepare, for example, the onion rings.

The steps of the recips

•First peel the onions and cut into rings.
•Then we prepare the batter and we mixing in a bowl the flour, the cornstarch, the baking powder, sugar, salt and pepper.
•In another bowl slam the egg with the milk, add the liquid ingredients into the dry ones and mix well until we get a smooth batter.
•Then dip onion rings in batter and fry it in peanut oil.
•We fry the onion rings and then pull up and lay them on a plate lined with paper towels.
•At the end we serve the onion rings hot with barbecue sauce

•1 teaspoon instant yeast
•1 pinch of sugar
•1 egg
•100 ml of milk

•70 grams of flour 00
•2 teaspoons cornstarch
