Slow Food states that food is tied with many aspects of life such as culture, politics, agriculture and the environment. Slow Food thinks a world where all people can understand food is good for them, good for those who grow it and good for the planet and all is based on three principles: GOOD quality, tasty and healthy food; CLEAN production that don't hurt the environment; FAIR accesible price for consumers.
