Building relationship

-What are the most important relationship for you at your place of study? and outside your place of

study?

I think that the most important relationship is the FRIENDSHIP. I have know my best friends before

i went to university so i MAINTAIN all the relationship with my friends although i studied in

Milan and Madrid.

In Madrid i BUILD UP my best friendship with a student from this university.

I think that a person in a relationship must be HONEST and TRANSPARENT and the most

important FEATURE in a relationship is the TRUST. If there aren’t any of this factors I usually

BREAK OFF the relationship.

-What benefit do you get from each relationship?

I think EVERYONE get benefits from each relationship and it depends on the VALUE (and

reliability) of the person with you BUILD UP the relationship. For example you feel safe when

you’re with your boyfriend/girlfriend and you feel happy when you’re with your friends.

-Factors to build up a strong business relationship

Companies should know the PROFILE of the customers. They should COMMUNICATE

REGULARLY. In a good BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP there are important factors like

TRUST(trustworthy), HONESTY. (CLEAR AND TRANSPARENT with the products on the

-What makes people successful?

I think that(in my opinion a successful person needs to have) a person REACH (ACHIEVE) the

success with the CHARISMA, THE DEDICATION, THE DISCIPLINE and also a bit of LUCK.

-Talk about a person who is successful. Why is he successful?

(i’d like to bring as an example Steve jobs as a man that has achieved his own goals through

his IMAGINATION, CREATIVITY, HARD WORK and with all his qualities his succeeded

and became an example for excellence for every kind of company and CEOs all around the

world)For me Steve Jobs was a successful person because he SET UP A COMPANY and he

produced the most important technological BRAND: Apple. With his DEDICATION,

MOTIVATION, IMAGINATION and PASSION he had a WORLD-FAMOUS BRAND and a

RECOGNIZED LOGO and his company is MAKING MONEY and INCREASING PROFIT.

-What are the best indicator of an individual’s level of success?

One of them is TO DRIVE a top of the range car, like a Ferrari, or to live in a luxury home in an

exclusive area of the town, or to WEAR expensive jewelry.

Job satisfaction

-What would motivate you most to work harder?

I would be motivate to work harder by WORKING FOR A SUCCESSFUL COMPANY with a lot

of PROMOTION OPPORTUNITIES, a HARD-WORKING BOSS, a BIGGER SALARY and

MORE FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS.

-Children preferred parents to go out and earn money rather than spend more time with them. What

does this show, in your opinion?

Even since CHILDHOOD people find satisfaction in getting status symbols.

-Would you prefer male or female boss? Why?

It depends on the type of job. For example if we’re working in a product address to women, i think

it would be better that the boss is a woman as we COULD UNDERSTAND BETTER THE NEEDS

OF OUR FINAL COSTUMERS.

OTHERWISE it doesn’t matter.

-For what reason might you change job?

I consider GROWTH one of the main factor in a work PATH so i think i might change job if there

aren’t any growth opportunities. Better prospectives of earnings.

-Is changing jobs often a sign of success in your culture?

I don’t know actually. Not so often but to make some changes today could be positive.

-What do you find satisfying and frustrating about your work of studies?

I feel satisfied when my exams’ results are positive and i fell frustrated when, after days of study, i

fail an exam.

-Who or what inspires you at work?

My father inspires me at work because he dedicated his life to his job.

Risk

“He who doesn’t take risks, doesn’t drink champagne”

-Are you a risk taker? What risk have you taken?

I’m not a risk taker now. When i was younger I liked risking because i didn’t think about

CONSEQUENCES. I wanted to try everything, every type of sports and i always had a lot of stuffs

to do.

I think that it’s IMPOSSIBLE TO ELIMINATE all risks in your life and also IT’S DIFFICULT TO

PREDICT the risks involved in a specific situation. Now if I FORCE a risk, I try to avoid the

situation but sometimes you HAVE TO FACE the risk and try to reduce the loss.

Also it depends on the type of risk: SLIGHT RISK or a HUGE RISK.

-What sort of risks do business FACE?

BUSINESS FACE 3 types of risks:

STRATEGIC RISKS like increased competition or a failure. CHANGING CUSTOMER DEMAND

FINANCIAL RISKS: like credit risks and also business face DISRUPTION RISKS like natural

events or a catastrophe. A company CAN MANAGE RISKS introducing controls and preparing TO

DEAL WITH THE CONSEQUENCES.

-What goods or services do you buy over the internet? What do you prefer not to buy?

I do shopping online. I always BOOK LOW COST FLIGHTS, I buy CLOTHES and I buy BOOKS.

I buy books online because is CHEEPER and i buy clothes online because a lot of brands that i love

don’t have stores in Italy.

I prefer NOT BUYING on UNKNOWN WEBSITE because the goods could not be original. I think

that the most important thing online is the SAFETY.

Everything depends on the reliability of the web site and the company, i preferred to buy

books and goods like clothing or things such as dvd or video games or every kind of

entertainment.

-What problems have you had buying on the Internet?

I order online a pair of shoes but when they arrived i saw that the number was wrong so i had to pay

the shipping cost to send them back and then i order again (the right number).

-What kind of products or services are best sold on the Net?

I think the best sold products on the Net are BOOKS and LOW COST FLIGHTS. An

ADVANTAGE of shopping online is THE VALUE FOR MONEY. For example I usually buy books

on Internet because they are CHEEPER.

-Are there any things which could not or should not be sold on the Net?

I BELIEVE that drugs should not be sold on the Net. even tho the new trend of deep web is

increasing this kind of black market for example the SILK ROAD website has been recently closed
