So, the general role of mobility manager is to promotes interventions to manage mobility
demand of employees and people, in order to reduce negative impacts of traffic and
congestion on environment, in urban and metropolitan areas.
The EIA procedure guarantees environmental protection and transparency with regard to the
decision-making process for several public and private projects.
The execution of construction works or of other installations or schemes, other
interventions in the natural surroundings and landscape including those involving the
extraction of mineral resources.
Construction of lines for long-distance railway traffic and even for short sections
belonging to a long-distance line
