Will you please reserve the following accommodation for two of our executives, Mr.
C.J. Brown and Mr. F. Smith, who will be attending the trade fair to be held in your town at the
end of this mounth:
Two single rooms, on the first floor if possible, for the three nights Monday, 26th to
Wednesday, 28th September.

Kindly confirm this booking by return.

Thank you for your letter of 10th June.

We have reserved the accommodation you require for Mr. Brown and Mr. Smith,
namely two first-floor single rooms for three nights from Wednesday and Thursday 27th and

If these gentlemen have not stayed here before, they may be interested to see our
brochure and I enclosing two copies.
