Puritains (English) "Piligrin Fathers". These people were religious minorities in England. They drink too much. They emigrated to Holland (12 years). King James 2 garanted them permission to estabilish a colony in America. They couldn't go in another place. In 1620 They went to Massauchussets in Plymouth.

The first ship had problems! It was called "The may flowers". Some people were sick, they ate only cold things. Some died but they arrived the same number (children were born).
3 months crossing and in December they arrived. They were religious so they thanks 3 days and 3 nights.
