2.The order was for 12,000 ultra super long-life batteries. The consignment was instead of 1,200 batteries.
3.Fortune Goods had to make some emergency purchases to fulfil the commitments to all their costumers.
4.The Purchase Officer ask to make up the shortfall immediately and to ensure that such errors will not happen in the future.

Dear Mr. Wong,
I am writing to reply to your complaint of 29th March.
The matter has been investigated and we have found out that the shortfall was caused by a computer error. Our list showed an order of 1,200 items instead of 12,000.
We apologise for the inconvenience and the missing batteries have been sent by courier and should reach your company within hours.
We hope you will be satisfied with the arrangements we have made and look forward to your next orders.
