What is your favourite type of restaurant?

My favourite type of restaurant is one that combines high-quality ingredients with a relaxed atmosphere. I particularly enjoy places that focus on seasonal products and offer a carefully curated menu rather than an overwhelming number of options. What appeals to me most is the attention to detail.

Would you prefer to live in the city or in the country? Why?

I would prefer to live in the city, mainly because of the opportunities and convenience it offers. Cities provide easier access to education, employment, healthcare, and cultural activities such as theatres, libraries, and events, which greatly enrich everyday life. I also appreciate the efficiency of public transport and the possibility of leading an active social life without relying heavily on a car.

Why do some people move from the city to the countryside and/or vice versa?

People move between the city and the countryside mainly because their needs change. Some leave the city to enjoy a quieter life, lower stress, and closer contact with nature. Others move to the city for better job opportunities, education, services, and a more active social life. Ultimately, the choice depends on personal priorities and lifestyle.

Do you cook? If not, would you like to learn? Why?

Yes, I do cook, and I prepare meals for my family twice a day. I enjoy cooking because it allows me to take care of the people around me and ensure that we eat healthy, homemade food. It also gives me a sense of responsibility and independence, as well as the opportunity to be creative in the kitchen. Over time, cooking has become a daily habit rather than a chore, and I find it rewarding to see others appreciate what I prepare.

Which is your favourite meal of the day?

My favourite meal of the day is breakfast. I like it because it gives me the energy I need to start the day. I also enjoy the calm atmosphere in the morning, when I can eat without rushing and plan what I have to do. A good breakfast helps me feel more focused and motivated throughout the day.

Many say that young people eat unhealthy. What is your opinion? Why?

Many people say that young people eat unhealthily, and to some extent I agree. Fast food, sugary snacks, and ready-made meals are often convenient and easily available, especially for students with busy schedules. In addition, social media and advertising tend to promote quick and appealing food rather than balanced diets. However, I also think this is a generalisation. Many young people are becoming more aware of nutrition and are trying to eat healthier, especially those who cook at home or practise sports.

Do you commute to get to work or university?

I don’t usually commute to university because I only go there for exams. However, I do commute to work every day. It takes some time, but I use the journey to organise my thoughts, listen to music, or plan my tasks for the day.

What kind of transportation do you enjoy the most? Which means of transport is the most comfortable? Why?

The type of transportation I enjoy the most is the car. I like it because it gives me freedom and flexibility to go wherever I want, whenever I want. Driving can also be relaxing, especially on quiet roads, and it allows me to listen to music or podcasts while travelling. It’s more convenient for short trips or when public transport isn’t available.

Do you have a lot of free time?

I don’t have a lot of free time because my days are usually full with university, work, and daily responsibilities. However, I try to make the most of the time I do have by relaxing, reading, or spending time with friends and family. Even short periods of free time are important to recharge and stay productive.

How long does it take to go to work or university?

It usually takes me about 30 minutes to get to work by car. As for university, it’s very close, so I only need about 5 minutes to get there by car, which makes it very convenient when I have exams. I appreciate having both options nearby because it saves time and makes planning my day much easier. It also gives me more flexibility to balance work, study, and free time.

Is there a shopping center near your area?

Yes, there is a shopping center near my area, but the most well-stocked one is in Arese, about 30 minutes away by car. It has a wide variety of stores, so I usually go there when I need to buy something specific or just want to browse. It’s a bit far for everyday shopping, but definitely worth the trip for bigger purchases.

Which is your favourite shop? Why?

My favourite shop is Stradivarius, which is a clothing store. I like it because they have trendy and stylish clothes at reasonable prices. The store is always well-organised, making it easy to find what I’m looking for, and I enjoy browsing their new collections to see the latest fashion.

A healthy body means a healthy mind: What do you do to keep fit and healthy?

To keep fit and healthy, I try to maintain a balanced lifestyle. I eat nutritious meals, cook at home as much as possible, and avoid too much junk food. I also exercise regularly, usually by going for walks, jogging, or doing home workouts. In addition, I make sure to get enough sleep and manage stress, because I believe both physical and mental health are closely connected.

What are your tips to be healthy?

To stay fit and healthy, I try to eat balanced meals, cook at home, and avoid junk food. I exercise regularly, like walking, jogging, or doing home workouts, and make sure to get enough sleep and manage stress. Drinking plenty of water and taking time to relax are also important. I believe that small, consistent habits make a big difference for both body and mind.

In your opinion what kind of food is healthy food?

In my opinion, all food can be healthy in its own way. Of course, nutritious foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins should be prioritised because they give the body essential vitamins and energy. However, it’s also important to enjoy the food we love and crave, even if it’s less “nutritious,” because eating should be enjoyable and not stressful. Eliminating foods completely can make a diet less balanced, so the key is moderation and listening to your body.

What advice would you give to a person who is always sleepy and eats a lot?

I would advise someone who is always sleepy and eats a lot to try and balance their lifestyle. First, it’s important to get enough quality sleep at regular times, because poor sleep can increase appetite and fatigue. Second, I would suggest paying attention to what and when they eat, choosing more nutritious foods like fruits, vegetables, and proteins, and avoidi
