Standing time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
10 oz strawberries
4 oz castor sugar
1 lemon juice
16 oz whipped cream
Method:
Put the strawberries, the sugar and the lemon juice in a blender. Blend it all very well. Add the whipped cream and mix well. Pour it in the mould. Put in the freezer for 1 hour. Let it stand. Put the freeze pudding in the centre of the dish. Dust it with castor sugar and cocoa powder.
