The Charm of Holidays
Holidays are really the most beautiful and magic period of the year, when everybody can feel free to do everything he wants, to spend happy time with friends and parents, to travel all around the world or just to relax and take care of body and spirit.
In the last few years, since when I was just 3 years old, I spent my holidays with my nearer kin, mum and dad at Jesolo beach, a wonderful location near the worldwide known Venezia city.
During the summer months from June to September, this city on the beach is visited by thousands of people coming from many European countries like Germany, Austria, Check Republic and in recent years also from the Russian Federation.
The season is very pleasant and the skyline of this place offers a multitude of opportunities to practice water sports, visit theatres, musical shows and concerts.
I usually spent in this place a pair of weeks, hosting in superb hotel with all kind of comforts, swimming pool and private beach directly outside the hotel.
During all my vacancies I met a lot of teen-agers, we became friends and sometimes we wrote postcards or letters after leaving the holiday place.
Unfortunately, in the last two years, due to the Covid emergency and situation, I couldn’t spend my holidays at the sea. I was a little bit nervous and sorry about this, but I didn’t lose hope, I thought of different and alternative holidays even if staying at home.
Alternative Summer Activities
So, during these three months I went to the swimming pool once a week with my best friends, I visited the Cornelle natural park, I did long and sometimes exhausting tours on the bicycle.
I sincerely hope that next summer I can plan my holidays in a different way. As I love to travel, I hope that there will be the possibility of visiting a foreign country. Firstly, because I dream of taking a first flight and seeing the heart from the sky, this should be an unrepeatable experience. Secondly, I like the
