What is your morning routine?
I wake up early in the morning and I usually drink milk and some biscuits or cornflakes.
Then, at 1 p.m., I come back home and have lunch, which is I expect a hearty breakfast, light but then move on, around 12:00 pm, the lunch which is rich in carbohydrates and other proteins necessary for the proper functioning of the body. I don't have an hour of tea, unlike the English but my break is characterized by bread and Nutella.
In fact, I usually eat pasta , that is one of my favourite dish.
