1.The company is complaining about the consignment; it isn’t correct.
2.The order was for 12,000 ultra super long-life batteries. The consignment was instead of 1,200 batteries.
3.Fortune Goods had to make some emergency purchases to fulfil the commitments to all their costumers.
4.The Purchase Officer ask to make up the shortfall immediately and to ensure that such errors will not happen in the future. Otherwise the company will contact other suppliers.
