Should

E' la condizione del verbo dovere; si usa per tutte le persone
* Forma affermativa: soggetto + should + verbo infinito senza to:
you should phone Anna
* Forma interrogativa: should + soggetto + verbo infinito senza to: should you phone Anna?
* Forma negativa: soggetto + shouldn’t + verbo infinito senza to: you shouldn’t phone Anna
* Forma interrogativa/negativa: shouldn’t + soggetto + verbo infinto senza to: Shouldn’t you phone Anna?

Si usa Should nei seguenti casi:
1) quando vogliamo consigliare qualcosa a qualcuno: you are tired. You should go to bed
2) quando pensiamo la domanda (think) – don’t/doesn’t think-do/does ………..think?: do you think I should go to bed? I think she should apply for that job Apply ? pensare domanda

3) quando ci si aspetta qualcosa: Li zis late. She should be here

Have to, Has to & Should

Have to è molto “più forte” di should, è un dovere imposto da un soggetto esterno, mentre should è quasi un consiglio:
* It was a great party last night you should have come
* It’s my lastchance. I have to pass my exam
* Be nice with Marta. You should help her
* You can’t turn right. You have to turn left
* I can’t come tomorrow. I have to work for my boss
* The price on this racket is wrong. It should be 1.20 euro
